ACTBIS Compliance reports Canberra is a visual check of structures against the building file to assess whether they are approved, exempt or unapproved. This compliance report will document approved structures on the property. Any additions or changes that are not approved will be noted. Information is requested from archived documents and plans at ACT Planning and Land Authority (ACTPLA) Canberra also Leith and Bartlett or Cameron Chisholm Nicol. These documents include a Building File Index, Survey Certificate, Drainage Plan, Certificates of Occupancy and all corresponding approved plans.
